First things first, head over to the Xano website and log in with your credentials. Easy peasy.
Once you're in, you'll see the dashboard. Look for the "API" section in the sidebar and click on it to get to the API Hub.
In the API Hub, you can either pick an existing API group or create a new one. If you're making a new one, just click "New API Group" and fill in the details.
