How to set up workflows for automated user invitations in Bubble.io?

Step 1: Set Up Your Database

First, log in to your Bubble.io account and navigate to your application dashboard.
Click on the "Data" tab on the left sidebar.
Under the "Data Types" section, create a new data type named "User Invitations."
Add the necessary fields to this data type, such as "Email," "Invitation Status," "Invitation Token," and "Expiry Date."

Step 2: Create an Invitation Page

Go to the "Design" tab and create a new page named "Invitation Page."
Add input fields for the user's email and any other necessary data (e.g., name).
Add a submit button to trigger the invitation workflow.

Step 3: Set Up the Invitation Workflow

Navigate to the "Workflows" tab in Bubble.io.
Click on "When Button is clicked" and select the submit button you created in the previous step.
First, add an action of "Create a new thing" to store the invitation data in your "User Invitations" data type.
