Head over to the Glide website and log in with your credentials. If you’re new, go ahead and create an account.

In the Glide dashboard, you can either start a new project by hitting the "New Project" button or pick one from your existing list.

Once you're in your project, find the settings by clicking on the gear icon or selecting "Settings" from the main menu.

In the settings menu, look for the "Team" section. This is where you can manage your team collaboration settings.

In the "Team" section, find the "Invite Members" button and click it. Enter the email addresses of the folks you want to invite. They’ll get an email with instructions on how to join.

After inviting team members, you can assign roles and permissions. Glide offers roles like Admin, Editor, and Viewer. Pick the right role for each person based on what they need to do.

Fine-tune the collaboration settings, like data access levels and editing permissions. Make sure everyone has what they need to do their job well.

After setting everything up, don’t forget to save your changes. Double-check to make sure everything is just right for your team.

Once everything is set, your team can start working together on the project. They can edit, view data, and contribute based on their roles.

You can always go back to the "Team" section in settings to add new members, remove folks, or change roles and permissions as needed to keep things running smoothly.
