First things first, open up the Airtable base where you want to set up your calendar view.

Look over to the left side of your screen. See that "+" button next to your list of views? Click it to add a new view.

From the dropdown menu that appears, pick "Calendar." This will create a new calendar view for you.

Airtable will ask you to choose a date field for your calendar. Select the date field from your base that you want to use to fill in the calendar.

Now, you can tweak the calendar settings if you need to. Maybe you want to show times or hide weekends. You can find these options in the calendar view settings.

If you need to, apply filters to show specific records based on certain criteria. You can also group records to make your calendar more organized.

Don't forget to name your new calendar view so you can easily find it later. Just click on the view name (usually "Untitled View") at the top and type in your preferred name.

If you need to share the calendar view with others, you can do that too. Click on the "Share view" button in the upper right corner to get a link or an embeddable calendar view.

When sharing, make sure to adjust the permissions on who can view or edit the calendar. This way, only the people you want to have access will be able to see or change it.

If you want, you can sync your Airtable calendar with an external calendar service like Google Calendar. Just click on the "Sync to an external calendar" option in the settings.
