Log into the WeWeb platform using your credentials. Once you're in, you'll land on your dashboard where you can see all your ongoing projects and tasks.

On the left-hand sidebar, click on the "Tasks" section. This will take you to a page showing all tasks related to your projects.

In the Tasks section, find and click on the "Create New Task" button. A form will pop up where you need to fill in details about the new task.

Enter the required information:

• Task Name: Give the task a descriptive name.
• Description: Add any relevant details or notes.
• Project: Choose the project this task belongs to from the dropdown menu.
• Assignee: Assign the task to someone or a team.
• Priority: Set the priority level of the task (Low, Medium, High).

Scroll down to the "Scheduled Time" section:

• Start Date & Time: Use the calendar and clock icons to pick the task’s start date and time.
• End Date & Time: Do the same for the task’s end date and time.
• Repeat: If the task is recurring, specify how often it repeats (daily, weekly, monthly).

(Optional) Set up notifications and reminders:

• Notification Settings: Choose how and when you’d like to get notifications (e.g., email, push notifications).
• Reminder: Set reminders to alert the assignee before the task starts or is due to end.

Once all details are filled in, click the "Save" button to save the task. This will add the task to your schedule and notify the assignee if notifications are enabled.

Back on the main Tasks page, you can review all your scheduled tasks. Use filters and sorting options to manage and track your tasks more efficiently. Tasks can also be edited or deleted as needed from this view.
