How to integrate Webflow with Zapier?

Step 1: Sign Up for Zapier and Webflow

First things first, if you haven't already, go ahead and create accounts on both Zapier and Webflow.

Step 2: Create a New Zap

Log in to your Zapier account.
Look for the “Make a Zap” button at the top right corner of the screen and give it a click.

Step 3: Set Up the Trigger

In the “Choose App & Event” search bar, type in “Webflow” and select it.
Pick the trigger event you need, like “Form Submission.”
Hit “Continue.”

Step 4: Connect Webflow Account

Click on “Sign in to Webflow.”
A pop-up will show up asking you to let Zapier access your Webflow account. Click “Authorize Application.”
Once connected, click “Continue.”

Step 5: Configure Trigger Settings

Choose your Webflow site and the specific form you want to use for the trigger.
Click “Continue.”
Test the trigger to make sure it's working by clicking on “Test Trigger.”

Step 6: Set Up the Action

Click on “+ Add a Step.”
In the “Choose App & Event” search bar, type the name of the app that will receive the data, like Google Sheets or Mailchimp.
Select the action event, such as “Create Spreadsheet Row” or “Add Subscriber.”
Click “Continue.”

Step 7: Connect the Receiving App Account

Click on “Sign in to” followed by the name of the app you picked in the previous step.
Follow the prompts to let Zapier access your other app account.
Click “Continue.”

Step 8: Configure Action Data

Map the data fields from the Webflow form submission to the fields in the receiving app.
Click “Continue.”

Step 9: Test the Action

Click on “Test & Continue” to send a test data entry to the receiving app to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Check that the data shows up in your receiving app as expected.

Step 10: Turn On Your Zap

After a successful test, click “Turn on Zap.”
Your integration is now live, and data will flow automatically from Webflow to the receiving app based on the trigger and actions you set up.
