First things first, make sure you have active accounts on both HubSpot and Adalo. If you haven't already, you can sign up for HubSpot at hubspot.com and Adalo at adalo.com.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
2. Head over to the Settings (gear icon) in the main navigation bar.
3. Scroll down and pick Integrations from the left-hand sidebar menu.
4. Click on API Key.
5. If you don't see an API key listed, click Create Key. If there's already one, just use that.

Make sure to jot down the API key. You'll need it later.

1. Log in to Adalo.
2. Click on Create New App.
3. Choose either Native Mobile App or Desktop Web App based on what you need.
4. Pick a template or start from scratch, then click Create.

1. In your Adalo project, find and click on Database in the left-hand side panel.
2. Click on External Collections and then click Add an External Collection.
3. Choose Custom API and start configuring the collection.

1. In the API Base URL field, enter the HubSpot API URL. For example, https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts.
2. Click on Add a Custom Header and use these parameters:
   • Header Key: Authorization
   • Header Value: Bearer [Your_HubSpot_API_Key] (Replace [Your_HubSpot_API_Key] with the API key you got earlier.)
3. Click on Next.

1. Give a Name to your collection, like HubSpot Contacts.
2. Define the endpoint URL for various operations (List All, Get One, Create, Update, and Delete) based on what you need.
3. Example for List All Contacts:
   • URL: https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts
   • Method: GET
4. Fill in the fields and click Next.

1. After setting up the collection, click on Test Collection to make sure Adalo can talk to HubSpot.
2. Check the test results to see if data is being fetched correctly.
3. If there are any issues, double-check the API endpoint URLs and headers.

1. Now you can use the external collection data in your Adalo app.
2. Add components like lists, forms, and detail views in your pages and bind them to the external HubSpot data collections.
3. Customize the components to display or use the data as needed within the app.

And there you have it! Your HubSpot and Adalo are now best friends, working together seamlessly.
