Implementing search functionality in WeWeb means adding a way for users to quickly find stuff in your web app. This usually starts with setting up a data source, configuring input fields for searches, and processing search queries. Find the toolbar or element library in the WeWeb editor. Drag and drop an input element right where you want the search box to be on your webpage.
Click on the search input element to open its properties. Change the placeholder text to something like "Search..." so people know it's a search field. Make sure the input type is set to "text."
Head over to the Data Collections section in the WeWeb editor. Create a new data collection with the items or records you want to be searchable. This could be anything from a list of products to articles or other relevant data.

Once you're happy with how the search works, publish the webpage. Double-check that the published page behaves the same way it did in the WeWeb editor.
