In your database, add a new property for users called Dark Mode Enabled, with a True/False value. This will store whether the user prefers dark mode or not.

Set up an action for your toggle button to change the Dark Mode Enabled property for the logged-in user. If the button is toggled on, set the property to True; if toggled off, set it to False. Easy peasy.

Set up conditional actions for navigation based on the user's Dark Mode Enabled property. For example, when moving from the home screen to any other screen, use a conditional action to check if Dark Mode Enabled is True or False and navigate to the correct light or dark mode screen.

Test switching between light and dark modes by toggling the button and making sure the app navigates to the right screen based on the user's settings.

Make sure every new screen or feature you add includes both light and dark mode versions. This will need ongoing maintenance but ensures a consistent user experience.
