1. Head over to the Glide Apps website and log in to your account.
2. Pick the project you want to add those nifty conditional actions to.

1. On the left sidebar, find the screen where your component lives.
2. Click on the component that will trigger the conditional action. It could be a button, list item, or form—whatever you need.

1. With the component selected, look to the right-hand panel to tweak the settings.
2. Find the section called "Actions". It might have a different name depending on the component, like "Action Text", "On Submit", or "On Item Tap".

1. Click on the action type dropdown menu and pick "Add Action".
2. A new window will pop up, showing different actions you can add. Scroll down and click on "Conditional Actions" or "If-Else".

1. In the conditional actions window, start setting up your conditions. For example, "If user is signed in", "If a specific value is true", etc.
2. Click "Add Condition" to create a new one and repeat this for each condition you need.
3. Use the dropdown menus to select fields and operators that define when each action will be triggered.

1. For each condition you've set, assign the corresponding action. Click on the "Then" section next to each condition.
2. Choose the action to be performed, like "Show Notification," "Navigate to Screen," "Set Column Values," etc.

1. Optionally, set a default action for when none of the conditions are met. This is done in the "Else" section.
2. Pick an appropriate action from the dropdown list.

1. After setting all conditions and actions, click "Save" to lock in your settings.
2. Go back to your Glide app interface and test the conditional actions by interacting with the component under various conditions.

This setup ensures that specified actions are triggered only when set conditions are met, enabling dynamic and context-sensitive behaviors within your Glide app.
