Create a new screen called "Password Reset". Add input fields for the user to enter their email and a new password. Also, add a submit button labeled "Reset Password".

Go to the 'Actions' settings for the "Reset Password" button:

• Set the action to an "Increment Action".
• Create a new action sequence where the email entered by the user is searched in your user profile sheet.
• Once the email matches a user profile, update the corresponding password in your Google Sheet with the new password provided.

To boost security, add an email verification step:

• Use Glide API or a third-party email service to send a verification email.
• Include a custom URL in the email that takes the user back to the Password Reset screen, confirming their identity.

Add text components to give users feedback:

• Notify users if the email they entered does not exist in the database.
• Confirm successful password resets.

Test the entire password reset workflow to make sure it works as expected:

• Test scenarios include what happens when an email is not found, successful password resets, and email verification checks.

Once everything is working, publish your Glide app updates. Let your users know about the new password reset feature through app notifications or email.

Regularly review and update your password reset process to keep it secure. Implement measures like rate limiting on the reset requests and constantly review security logs for any unusual activity.
