How to export data from Bubble.io?

Step 1: Access the Data Tab

Log into your Bubble.io account and open the application from which you want to export data.
Navigate to the "Data" tab located on the left-hand side of the Bubble editor.

Step 2: Go to the App Data Section

Under the "Data" tab, click on the "App Data" section. This is where all the data tables (also known as data types) of your application are displayed.

Step 3: Select the Data Type

In the "App Data" section, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Primary View." Click on this dropdown and select the specific data type that you want to export.
Once selected, you will see all the entries for that data type listed in a table format.

Step 4: Prepare Data for Export

Double-check the entries in the table to ensure you have selected the correct data type and that the data is accurate and complete.
Optionally, use the search and filter options to refine the data you want to export.

Step 5: Export Data

At the top-right corner of the "App Data" section, you will find the "Download" button. Click on this button.
Select your preferred export format. By default, Bubble offers CSV as the export format. If applicable, choose any other format that might be available.
The system will prepare your data for download, and you will be prompted to save the CSV file to your local machine.
