How to create a workflow to handle file conversions in Bubble.io?

Step 1: Set Up Your Bubble.io Project

Log in to your Bubble.io account and create a new application.
Navigate to the Data tab and create a data type for storing the files that you want to convert (e.g., FileConversions).
Define the necessary fields within this data type. For example, you might need a field for the original file, the converted file, the conversion status, etc.

Step 2: Install Relevant Plugins

Go to the Plugin tab and search for plugins that can handle file uploads and conversions. Some popular plugins for these purposes include FileUploader and any file conversion API plugins like PDF Converter or Image Resizer.
Install the relevant plugins for your project.

Step 3: Design Your UI

Navigate to the Design tab to create a user interface for uploading and converting files.
Drag and drop an "Input" element for users to upload their files.
Add a "Button" element that users will click to start the conversion process.
Add any other elements you may need, such as status messages, progress bars, or Converted File download links.

Step 4: Configure the Workflow

Go to the Workflow tab to set up the logic for handling file conversions.
Create a workflow triggered by the button click that the user presses to start the conversion process.
In the workflow, use the "Create a New Thing" action to save the original file in your FileConversions data type.
