How to create a user login system in Glide?

Step 1: Create a New Project in Glide

  1. Head over to Glide and log in to your account.
  2. Hit the “+ New Project” button on your dashboard.

Step 3: Connect the Google Sheet to Glide

  1. Back in Glide, go to the ‘Data’ tab and connect your new Google Sheet by selecting “Add Data Source”.
  2. Choose Google Sheets and pick your spreadsheet. Glide will pull in your data.

Step 4: Configure User Profiles

  1. In Glide, head to the ‘Settings’ tab and select “User Profiles”.
  2. Turn on User Profiles by toggling it on.
  3. Set the “User Profiles Sheet” to the Google Sheet tab where your user data is stored.
  4. Map the email, name, and any other fields to the corresponding columns in your Google Sheet.

  1. In the ‘Settings’ tab, click on “Login”.
