1. Head over to the Adalo website.
2. Hit 'Sign Up' and fill out the registration form.
3. Check your email to verify your account, then log in.

3. Save this screen as "Home."

1. Click on the “Database” tab in the left sidebar.
2. Add a new collection called "Users."
3. Add properties like name, email, password, profile picture, bio, and any other user info you need.

1. Go to the "Components" panel and search for "Sign Up" and "Login" components.
2. Drag these onto a new screen and name it “Login & Sign Up.”
3. Link these components to the User database you just made.

1. Add a new screen and call it "Profile."
2. Use components like images, text fields, and buttons to design the profile layout.
3. Bind these components to the current user’s data fields like name, profile picture, and bio.

1. Add another screen named "Feed."
2. Create a new collection in the database for posts, including properties like content, author, and timestamp.
3. Design the feed layout by dragging list components and linking them to the posts collection. Include features to display the author's name and post timestamp.

1. Add a new screen called "Create Post."
2. Drag and drop components such as input fields and buttons for post creation.
3. Link these components to the posts collection. Set the current user as the post's author automatically.

1. Add tab bars or navigation bars to your screens to make it easy to move between Home, Profile, Feed, and Create Post screens.
2. Use links and actions to enable movement between different screens when buttons or other interactive components are clicked.

1. Click on the "Preview" button in the top right corner to test your app.
2. Create a test account, log in, and explore all the screens to make sure everything works as expected.

1. Once you're happy with your social network app, click on the “Publish” button.
2. Follow the instructions for publishing to your chosen platform (Mobile or Web).

Now your app should be live and ready for users to create profiles, interact, and post on your social network built using Adalo.
