Head over to the Airtable base where you want to set up a shared view. Make sure you have editor or higher permissions so you can make changes.

Got a view you want to share? Just pick it from the list on the left. If not, go ahead and create a new one that fits your needs (Grid view, Calendar view, Kanban view, etc.).

Tweak the view by adding filters, grouping, sorting, and adjusting field visibility. This way, the shared view will only show the info that matters.

Look up to the upper right-hand corner of the view and click the "Share View" button. A sharing dialog will pop up where you can manage your sharing settings.

In the sharing dialog, toggle on the option to "Create a shareable grid view link.” This will generate a public link that anyone with the link can access.

Check out the permissions settings. You can let viewers download the CSV, show a form for adding new records, or let them see individual record URLs. Adjust these settings based on what you need.

Copy the public link and share it with your audience. This link gives real-time access to the view and will update automatically as changes are made in Airtable.

To keep the view updated based on specific triggers or schedules, consider setting up Airtable Automations. Go to the "Automations" tab and set up triggers and actions that will automate changes in your data, ensuring your shared view stays current.

Regularly check the shared view to make sure it still meets your needs. Adjust filters, sorting, and grouping as needed to keep the shared info relevant and accurate.
