How to create a responsive signup page in Bubble.io?

Setting Up the Environment

Login to your Bubble.io account and create a new application.
Choose a blank template to start with a clean slate.

Creating the Signup Page

On the left-hand side, click on the "Pages" dropdown and select "Add a new page". Name your new page "Signup".
Navigate to the "Signup" page by selecting it from the "Pages" dropdown.

Structuring the Signup Form

Drag and drop a "Group" element onto the page. This group will be the container for all your form elements and will help in making the form responsive.
Inside the group, drag and drop the following elements:
- Text element: Set this to "Sign Up" for the title.

Click on the "Responsive" tab at the top of the Bubble editor.
