How to create a responsive pricing table in Webflow?

Step 1: Set Up the Project

  1. Fire up Webflow and either start a new project or open one you've already got going.
  2. Pick a blank canvas or a template that fits what you're aiming for.

Step 2: Add a Section

  1. Grab a Section element from the Add Panel (A) and drop it onto the canvas.
  2. Give the section a class name, like pricing-section, so you can easily style it later.

Step 3: Add a Container

  1. Drag a Container element into your section. This will help keep everything nice and centered.
  2. Assign a class to the container, something like pricing-container.

Step 4: Add a Heading

  1. Drop a Heading element into the container for your section title.
  2. Style the heading as you see fit and give it a class name, maybe pricing-heading.

Step 5: Add a Grid

  1. Drag a Div Block into the container and name it something like pricing-grid.
  2. In the Style panel, set the layout to Grid. Pick the number of columns and rows you need (usually, 3 columns for three pricing plans).

Step 6: Create Pricing Cards

  1. Inside each grid column, drag another Div Block and call it pricing-card.
  2. Inside each pricing-card, add these elements:
  • Heading for the plan name.
  • Paragraph for a short description.
  • Another Heading for the price.
  • List for the features.
  • Button for the signup/CTA.

Step 7: Style the Cards

  1. Style the pricing-card by adding padding, background color, and border as needed.
  2. Style the heading, paragraph, list, and button inside the pricing-card to match your overall design.
  3. Make sure all styles use classes for easier global updates.

Step 8: Make It Responsive

  1. Switch to the tablet view in the Webflow Designer.
  2. Adjust the pricing-grid to have fewer columns if needed (e.g., from 3 to 2 columns).
  3. Switch to mobile views and make sure the pricing-grid has one column, so each pricing-card stacks vertically.
  4. Adjust margins, padding, font sizes, and other styles to make sure each card looks good on all screen sizes.

Step 9: Preview and Publish

  1. Use Webflow's Preview mode to see how your responsive pricing table looks on different devices.
  2. Make any final tweaks to ensure everything is displayed correctly.
  3. Publish your project to push the changes live.
