First things first, head over to your Airtable base where you want to set up a read-only view. Make sure you're logged into your Airtable account.
Open the table you’re working with. Look for the view dropdown menu at the top-left, just above the table columns. Click it and choose "Grid view" or any other view you want to duplicate.
Give your new view a name that makes it clear it’s read-only, like "Read-Only View." Set up any filters, sorts, or groupings so the data looks just right for whoever will be seeing it.
Find the "Share view" button, usually marked by a "Share" icon or a "View share link" link in the top-right corner of the table. Click on it.
A popup will appear with sharing settings. If it’s not already on, toggle the "Private link" option to "On." This will create a unique URL that others can use to view this specific table view.
