• Head over to the Airtable website and log in to your account.
• Open an existing base where you want to add the Kanban view or create a new one.

• If you don't already have a table, click on the "Add table" button at the bottom of your base to create one.

• To add a field, click the "+" button next to your existing fields and pick the right field type (single select is great for status/phase).

• By default, each card shows key fields. Click on “Customize cards” to pick which fields are shown on the cards.
• You can add extra fields like due date, assignee, or related notes to make your Kanban cards more informative.

• Start adding records to your table if you haven't already.
• Fill in the details for each record, including selecting the right value for the field you're grouping by (e.g., "Status").

• Drag and drop cards between columns to update their status or phase.
• The changes will be reflected in real-time, keeping all collaborators up-to-date.

• Save the Kanban view for future use by naming it appropriately.
• Share the view with your team by clicking on the “Share” button and providing the necessary permissions.

Now, your Kanban board view is all set up in Airtable, ready for project management and task tracking.
