How to create a feedback form in Glide?

Step 1: Sign in to Glide

Head over to the Glide website (glideapps.com) and log in using your Google account or any other method they offer.

Step 2: Create a new app

Hit the “New App” button.
Pick a data source, usually Google Sheets.
You can choose a template if you like, or just start fresh.

Step 3: Set up your Google Sheet

Open up Google Sheets and make a new spreadsheet.
Add a tab called "Feedback".
Set up columns for the feedback form, like:
Name
Email
Feedback
Rating
Date

Step 4: Connect Google Sheets to Glide

In Glide, link to the Google Sheet you just made.
Make sure the "Feedback" tab is recognized.

Step 5: Customize the Feedback Form

Go to the "Layout" tab in Glide.
Select the "Feedback" sheet.
Add a new component by clicking the "+" button and picking "Form Button".

Step 6: Design the Form

Set up the form button:
Title it "Submit Feedback"
Set the Destination to the 'Feedback' sheet
Add fields to the form that match the columns in your Google Sheet:
Text Entry for "Name"
Email Entry for "Email"
Text Entry or Long Text for "Feedback"
Choice Entry for "Rating"
Date/Time for "Date"

Step 7: Configure Form Actions

Set what happens when the form button is clicked:
Save Form Data to the "Feedback" Sheet
