How to create a dynamic form in Adalo?

Step 1: Create a New App

Log in to Adalo at adalo.com.
Click on "Create New App."
Choose the template you like or start from scratch.
Give your app a name and pick if it's a native mobile app or web app.
Click "Create."

Step 2: Add a New Screen

From the left panel, click on the "+" icon to add a new screen.
Pick the type of screen you want (e.g., Form Screen).
Name your screen something that makes sense.

Step 3: Add a Collection

Head over to the Database section by clicking on the database icon on the left panel.
Click "Add Collection" and give it a name (e.g., "Form Responses").
Add properties/fields to this collection based on the form inputs you need (e.g., Name, Email, Age).

Step 4: Drag and Drop Form Components

Go back to your new screen.
From the left panel, drag and drop form components like text input, dropdowns, switches, etc.

Under the "Submit Actions" section, select "Create/Update record in Form Responses collection."
