4. Make sure each form field is connected to the right property in the "Survey Responses" collection.

1. Add buttons to move between different survey screens.
2. Set up actions for the buttons. For example, clicking "Next" should take you to the next survey screen.
3. Use conditional actions if your survey has multiple branches.

1. On the final survey screen, place a "Submit" button.
2. Add an action to this button to "Create" a new record in the "Survey Responses" collection.
3. Optionally, add actions to send confirmation messages or navigate users to a thank you screen.

1. Click "Preview" in the top right corner to test your survey.
2. Go through the survey, input data, and submit to make sure everything works.
3. Debug any issues and make necessary adjustments.

1. Once you're happy with your survey, click "Share" in the top right corner.
2. Click "Publish" to make your app live.
3. Share the link with your users to start collecting responses.

Finally, gather and analyze the data from your survey using Adalo's built-in database or export the data as needed.
