With your table selected, look to the right-hand side of the Schema interface. You'll see a 'Functions' tab. Click on it to open up the Function Builder. In the Function Builder, there's a '+' button. Give that a click to create a new function. You'll get a blank slate to work with. Time to give your function a name. Enter it in the 'Name' field. Make it something meaningful so you remember what it does later. Next up, choose the type of function. Under the 'Type' menu, you can pick from options like Asynchronous or Synchronous. Choose what fits your needs best. Decide when you want your function to be triggered. It could be manually, through an API endpoint, or after a specific event. Your call! Here's the fun part—building the steps for your function. You can add multiple steps, each doing different things like manipulating data or interacting with APIs. Tailor it to your needs. Once you're happy with your function and all its steps, hit the 'Save' button at the top right-hand corner. And there you go, your custom function is ready to roll!
