How to Build Price Alerts with Adalo

  • Since Adalo does not support direct background tasks, you can use external services like Zapier or Integromat to check prices periodically.
  • Create a scenario in Zapier/Integromat to fetch current product prices from your database or an external API at regular intervals.
  • Check if the fetched prices match the alert prices set by users. If a match is found, trigger an email to notify the user.

 
Step 6: Set Up Email Notifications
 

  • Use an email service like SendGrid, Mailchimp, or another integrated solution to send notifications.
  • Connect your email service to Zapier/Integromat and set up an action that sends an email when a price alert is triggered.
